If you answered yes to these questions, then the Atlantic Shores Baptist Church Residency might be the right fit for you. An Atlantic Shores Baptist Church Residency is an intensive, 12 to 24-month program offering significant hands-on ministry experience, weekly training, and mentorship by seasoned church leadership. Our desire is to develop ministry leaders for the local church: men and women who have a passion for reaching this world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
