You have taken an important first step to getting connected at Shores. A life group is a smaller, organic gathering of the church that is designed to help you grow in your relationship with God and experience authentic biblical community (Acts 2:42-47). Life groups gather to S.E.R.V.E. the Lord and their community.

Getting Connected: Where Do You Live?

Some of our life groups meet on campus on Sunday morning, but many more gather off campus throughout the week. Tell us where you live and we will help you get connected to people at Atlantic Shores that live in your neighborhood or near your community. Off campus life groups gather by location according to Hampton Roads area high school zones (Tallwood, Hickory, Kellam, etc).

Geographic and, therefore, intergenerational life groups that encourage families to do life and ministry together are the most common experiences you'll find at Shores. Some speciality life groups exist for men, women, single moms, college/young single adults, those experiencing grief, and those in recovery from substance abuse.
