Christmas at Shores 2022

Christmas at Atlantic Shores Baptist Church is a special time of worship as we celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in so many ways. Check out all that's happening this year during the month of December. Mark your calendar and invite a friend or family to join us.

Sermon Series :: Knowing God By His Christmas Names

What’s in a name? More than we know if it’s God’s name. God revealed Himself to us by many divine names. In Knowing God by His Christmas Names, Dr. Ron Jones explores the names and titles of God associated with Jesus’s birth, including Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace, Emmanuel, Logos, and Jesus, making the celebration of our Savior’s birth more meaningful.

Dec 2 :: Unspeakable Joy

Unspeakable Joy is a HER Christmas event, happening in the Life Center from 7:00pm to 9:00pm on December 2, 2022, for the women of Atlantic Shores and their friends. Enjoy Christmas worship plus our guest speaker, Jennifer Cruciano. Bring 2 dozen Christmas cookies for an exchange. There is no cost, but we ask you to register so we can be prepared for your arrival. Register for Unspeakable Joy

Christmas Food Pantry

Through our Food Pantry, we also provide donated food to hurting and hungry families and individuals in our church and community. The Atlantic Shores Food Pantry is open in the Life Center of the church every Wednesday 10am to 11am. To make a donation of non-perishable food, look for the Food Pantry receptacle in the church lobby.

Christmas Year-end Giving

This Christmas, we continue as a church family to reach FORWARD to what lies ahead. We encourage you to give as much of your FORWARD commitment by December 31 as possible. If you have not made a FORWARD commitment, we encourage you to do so. Also, during the month of December, the Christmas Tithe Challenge encourages all of us to "bring the whole tithe into the storehouse" (Malachi 3:10). Tithing means a tenth and is the biblical starting point in our giving.
