Worship Pastor
The Worship Pastor at Crossway Church (formerly Atlantic Shores Baptist Church) is responsible for leading the church family to worship God in spirit and in truth, and in a way that fulfills our mission to glorify God by making disciples of Jesus Christ who go and make disciples. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in a setting committed to reaching the unreached with a high degree of creativity, passion, and desire to make disciples who worship God in Spirit and in truth. Within a collaborative environment, the candidate will possess strong music, presentation, and production talents. Also, the candidate will possess strong inter-personal skills in order to recruit and shepherd volunteers, build teams, and gather people to serve in the worship ministry of the church.

Discipleship & Community Life Pastor
Believing life change happens best in the context of authentic, biblical community as described in Acts 2:42-47, the Discipleship and Community Life Pastor at Crossway Church (formerly Atlantic Shores Baptist Church) is a people-gatherer who oversees all aspects of community life and discipleship as it happens through our primary discipleship environments, including community groups, neighborhood groups, and discipleship coaching.

An Atlantic Shores Baptist Church Residency is an intensive, 12 to 24-month program offering significant hands-on ministry experience, weekly training, and mentorship by seasoned church leadership. Our desire is to develop ministry leaders for the local church: men and women who have a passion for reaching this world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
